UQ Athletics Track

Located on the beautiful grounds of UQ's St Lucia Campus, the Athletics Centre boasts an Olympic standard eight lane synthetic track. The running track and field facilities are laid with a Polytan Pur system which promotes quality performance, and has soft impact surface features to reduce the risk of injury. The track also features a digital scoreboard screen, cameras for electronic timing and floodlights for late training sessions.

There is a variety of athletics apparatus available to use including starting blocks, hurdles and throwing equipment. The track is also fully equipped for a range of athletics field events including high jump, long jump and pole vault.
